Introduction

JQB Series shearing pump is used to shear, refine, mix polymer, bentonite etc drilling mud material. It can remove “fish eye” help drilling fluid achieve high property for oil drilling. JQB series shearing pump can save over 30% bentonite. It is ideal equipment for oil and gas drilling contractor.

TR shear pump adopts high quality mechanical seal with high durability. There won't be any leakage. When drilling fluids flows pass shearing pump, there will be second cutting on the 50% fluid in the swirl collection room. Sometimes clients will require shearing mixing pump combined with shearing pump and mixing hopper.
